- Annual Lease: Prevailing rate at the time the lease is renewed.
- Annual support & upgrades: Prevailing rate at the time the lease is renewed.
- Buyout price: At any time during a lease year you may purchase at the price that was in effect at the beginning of the year, less the credit for your first year's lease payment.
