Country codes
Enter one or more country codes and your output will include customers in the galley file whose addresses are located in those countries. You can also display the list of country codes by right clicking once in this field. (Enter "USA" if you would like to include customers with addresses in the United States of America. Enter "CAN" if you would like to include customers with Canadian addresses.)
Postal/Zip codes
Enter one or more postal/zip code ranges, and your output will include customers in the galley file whose postal/zip codes fall within those ranges.
Classification
Use these fields to select or exclude customers in the galley file who have a particular classification, such as "Nonpaid single," "Qualified paid," or "Nonqualified paid." You select the classifications to be included or excluded by entering three-character codes. Right click once to see a list of the codes. QuickFill also provides some special combination codes that select groups of classifications, such as 'Q*' (qualified) or 'NQ*' (nonqualified). These combination codes appear toward the end of the selection list. (The default for this field is to exclude Nonqualified classifications.
Request type
Use these fields to select or exclude customers in the galley file who have a particular type of request, such as "Personal direct written" or "Association roster." Right click once to display a list of request types and the codes used to represent them. QuickFill also provides four special asterisked combination codes that select groups of request types, such as 'PD*' (personal direct). These combination codes appear at the end of the selection list.
Para 3b source
Use these fields to select or exclude customers in the galley file whose order is from a particular source (such as "RS0001" Reader Service). When an audit issue is served to an original controlled order, the Paragraph 3b source for the order will be the same as its tracking code.
Region
Enter a geographic region or right click once to select from the list of geographic regions (i.e., New England, Middle Atlantic, etc.), and QuickFill will only include the customers in the galley file who are located in the specified region.
Address type
Enter an address type or right click once to select from the list of address types (i.e., individuals by name/title, individuals by name only, etc.), and QuickFill will only include the customers in the galley file whose address type matches the one specified. Note: customers' titles
If the 'Title' line only contains an asterisk, it will be suppressed during label generation. This allows audit user's to flag subscribers who do not actually have a title in their address, but who are known to the publisher through other means, as having both name and title.
Qualification date range
Enter a qualification date range, and QuickFill will only include the customers in the galley file whose qualification date falls within the specified range. Click here for more information on the qualification date.
