This test report provides a circulation breakdown by classification code for all issues included in the issue range you specify. This is the same report as is included at the beginning of each Publisher's Statement report. The information for the 'Average Circulation' report is obtained by scanning the 'issues served' records that are linked to each subscription. You can see these records by clicking the 'Issues served' button on the 'Lookup (Subs)' screen.
Publication
Enter the code for the publication for which the report is to be run. You may also right click once in this field to select from a list of publication codes.
Issues: ___ to ___
Once you select a publication, QuickFill will automatically enter an issue range into these fields. The range is based upon the 12-month period up to and including the current issue. If you would like to report on a different range of issues, right click once in each field and select an issue from the defined list. Entry is required in these fields in order to run the report.
Service codes
Enter one or more service codes to obtain a report that lists the copies served for subscriptions with those service codes. This is useful if you need to obtain separate counts for each edition, such as print and electronics editions or regional editions.
