The default format for the geographical breakdown in QuickFill's 'Qualified circulation', 'Publisher's statement', and 'Audit issue galley' reports is by U.S. state and Canadian province. However, if your circulation is localized to a small area and you wish to produce a geographical breakdown on a county and region basis instead, you can do so by defining an ASCII table, QFWCNTY.TAB, with the count and region breakdowns you would like to use. As long as QFWCNTY.TAB is in your database directory, QuickFill will provide breakdowns for the countie and regions in this table whenever you run the 'Qualified circulation', 'Publisher's statement', or 'Audit issue galley' reports.
QFWCNTY.TAB should have the following format:
[counties]
CountyName1=
ZipCode - ZipCode
CountyName2=
ZipCode - ZipCode
[regions]
RegionName=
CountyName1
CountyName2
Sample QFWCNTY.TAB:
[counties]
Clallum=
98000-98100
Clark=
98101-98200
.
.
Wahkiakum=
98401-98499
[regions]
Western Washington=
Clallum
Clark
.
.
.
Eastern Washington=
Wahkiakum
General rules for QFWCNTY.TAB:

Commands such as "[counties]" and "CountyName1=" must be entered as shown above.

If a county is assigned to more than one region, it is reported under the last region only.
