Use this report to obtain data about orders that were served grace issues (post expiration copies, or copies in arrears) during the period.
The output for this report displays the following information: order number, expire issue, copies, and total number of potential unpaid renewals (subscriptions that are in arrears). The information provided in this report is obtained by scanning the database for orders that received the specified issue after their full term had been served.
Publication
Enter the code for the publication for which the report is to be run. You may also right click once in this field to select from a list of publication codes.
Issue
Once you select a publication, QuickFill will automatically enter the issue number for the most recent audit issue into this field; this is based on the "Audit" issue pointer. If you would like to report on a different issue, type the issue number into this field or right click once to select from a list of defined issues.
