Use the 'Requalification analysis' report to get a count of requalification orders. This report may be run to get a total number of orders for each publication or to get a count for each publication broken down by either the requalification source or channel.
Monthly, Weekly
Choose monthly to get an overview on the number of requalifications for each of the past 11 months. If an order date range is not entered, the report will include counts for the 11 months up to and including the current month. If an order date range is entered, the report will include counts for the 11 months up to and including the month of the 'to' date entered.
Choose weekly to get an overview on the number of requalifications for each of the past seven weeks. If an order date range is not entered, the report will include counts for the seven weeks up to and including the current week. If an order date range is entered, the report will include counts for the seven weeks up to and including the week specified in the 'to' date.
If you run the monthly version of this report, a column displaying the total number of requalifications in the months prior to the 11 months will also be included. Similarly, when the weekly version is run, a column displaying the total number for the weeks prior to the seven weeks is included.
Summary, Detailed by...
Use the summary report to get a total count of requalifications for each publication regardless of the source or channel.
The detailed by requalification source version of this report displays the number of requalifications for each source. Requalification sources defined with a 'Quantity mailed' that is greater than zero are reported separately from those with a 'Quantity mailed' that is either zero or blank. If the 'Quantity mailed' is greater than zero, the report will include the response date of the first requalified order and a response percentage based on the number of forms mailed and the number of responses.
The detailed by requalification channel version of this report displays the number of requalifications for each channel. Both of the detailed versions may be used to analyze the effectiveness of a requalification source or channel.
Order date
Enter an order date range on which you would like to report, and QuickFill will only include orders that were requalified in that range. If you leave these fields blank, all requalified orders will be included in the report. If the 'to' date entered is not a future date, the report will include orders for the most recent 11 months or most recent seven weeks including the 'to' date specified.
Example: If the weekly version of the report was run, the reporting period would end with the week ending on the following Saturday. For example, if the 'to' date was 10/19/95 (Thursday), the report would include a count for each of the seven weeks from 9/9/95 to 10/21/95.
The number reported in the 'Prior' column would be determined by the date that was entered in the first "date" field. For example, if you entered a date range of 8/1/95 to 10/19/95 and ran the weekly report, the number of requalified orders for each of the seven weeks from 9/9/95 to 10/21/95 would be displayed in separate columns (one for each week). The 'Prior' column would indicate the total number of requalified orders that were entered between 8/1/95 and 9/2/95.
