Premium Usage Report (audit system only)

Click here for a sample Premium Usage report

Use this report to obtain a list of the orders sold with specified premiums. This is useful when the auditor asks you to prove the sales premium figures that you claimed on the Publisher's Statement.

The report provides the following information: order number, date, and batch, term, price, premium code, number of copies, sales channel, channel code and  premium type. The orders are grouped by length of subscriptions. The information provided in this report is obtained by scanning the database for orders received during the audit period.

For ABC audited magazines sponsored sales (classification PS) are not included.

Publication

Enter the code for the publication for which the report is to be run. You may also right click once in this field to select from a list of publication codes.

Order dates

Once the publication code is entered, these fields will default to an order date range covering the six-month period up to and including the audit issue. If you would like to enter a different date range, type over the existing dates; an entry into this field is required in order to run the report. The order date is the date upon which the order was entered into QuickFill.

Premium codes

Enter the premium codes for the orders you would like to include in the report. You may also right click once in this field to select from a list of codes. If you leave these fields blank, your report will include all orders regardless of whether or not a premium is associated with them.

Premium types

Enter the premium types for the orders you would like to include in the report. You may also right click once in this field to select from a list of codes.

You may specify a premium type of none (if none of the orders have a premium), other (if the orders have a premium), reprint (if the orders have a premium that was defined as an editorial reprint), or unknown (if the premium definition has been deleted since the time it was served). QuickFill will only include orders that have the premium type entered in these fields. If you leave these fields blank, QuickFill will include orders regardless of their premium type.
