Renewals Report (audit system only)

Use this report to get a list of orders that expired within a particular range of issues together with an indication of whether or not the subscription was renewed. This is useful if the auditor asks you to prove the renewal percentages you claimed in the renewals section of your publisher's statement.

The orders are grouped based on whether or not the subscriptions were renewed. If an order has not been renewed, "No" appears in the Renewed column. If the order has been renewed, the date when the renewal was entered is displayed in the Renewed column. The information provided in this report is taken from the data files that make up your database.

Expire issues ___ to ___

Once you select a publication, QuickFill will automatically enter an issue range into these fields. The range is based upon the 12-month period ending 8 months prior to the end of the most recent audit period; this is dictated by ABC and BPA audit rules. If you would like to report on a different range of issues, right click once in each field and select an issue from the defined list. Entry is required in these fields in order to run the report.
