MeS Virtual Terminal credit card output format

This file format is used by the Merchant e-Solutions Virtual Terminal application, also sometimes known as "Trident Virtual Terminal". The file format is comma delimited. The output files have names with the pattern CreditCardCharges*.txt.

Expiration date	5	Card expiration date in MM/YY format
Amount	12	Amount being charged with decimal point, no currency symbol
Invoice number	10	QuickFill order number
Billing address	40	1st street address line of bill-to customer
Billing zip	10	Zip code or postal code of bill-to customer
Customer email	60	Email address of bill-to customer
E/C indicator	2	EC for electronic commerce, MO for mail order Payment type codes ending in 'I' which are used for internet orders result in a value of EC in this field. All other payment type codes result in a value of MO.
First name	20	First name of bill-to customer
Last name	31	Last name of bill-to customer
Billing address 2	40	2nd street address line of bill-to customer
Billing city	26	City of bill-to customer
Billing state	2	State or province. For countries other than the U.S.A. or Canada this field is blank.
