Enters lookup-only mode for multiuser systems. While in this mode, none of the other menu options ('Transactions', 'Definitions', etc.) may be selected. Whenever you run updates or reports in a multiuser system, all workstations should switch to 'Lookup only' mode. In fact, whenever you run a 'Job list' in a multiuser system, all users are required to switch to 'Lookup-only' mode before QuickFill will start the report or update that has been scheduled. The reason for this is so QuickFill can run the update at the maximum possible speed without having to lock anything.
To select this option, go to the 'File' menu and click on 'Lookup only'. When this option is selected, a circle-shaped bullet appears to the left of it. To switch back to regular mode, go to the 'File' menu and click on 'Normal' (the circle-shaped bullet will move to the left of the 'Normal' menu option).
The 'Lookup only' menu option does not appear in single user systems.
