Adds and Drops by Issue Report

The 'Adds and drops by issue' report shows you the number of copies added and number of copies dropped for each issue within the issue number range specified on the filter. This report also displays the reasons why copies were added and dropped as well as a total number of copies served for each issue.

If you enter cancel reason codes when using the 'Cancel' transaction, the 'Adds and drops by issue' report will include the cancel reasons for drops. (Click here for more information on cancel reason codes.)

Publication

Enter the publication for which you would like to run the report. You can type the publication code in this field or right click to select, from a list of publication codes. You must select a publication code in order to run this report.

To issue ___

Once a publication code is entered, an issue number range covering the twelve months up to and including the current issue defaults into these fields. If you would like to enter a different range of issue numbers, you can do so by either typing the issue number in these fields or by right clicking to select from a list of issues.

Report data file

Enter a file name in this field and QuickFill will create your report and will also generate a data file that contains all of the data that was used to produce that report. This feature is useful if you want to examine the data underlying the report more closely or if you want to present it in formats other than the built-in QuickFill report format. The report data file can be in dBASE (DBF), comma delimited (CSV) or tab delimited (TXT) format. The file name extension that you enter determines the format of the file.
