Include customers with any/all of these selection flags
Exclude customers with any/all of these selection flags

Every customer record has eight selection flags which can be set or cleared via the address change transaction or by the 'Mark Customers' update. Use these checkboxes to include or exclude customers based on the state of the selection flags. If you choose the 'any' option then the customer will be included (or excluded) if any one of the indicated selection flags is set. If you choose the 'all' option then the customer will be included (or excluded) only if all of the indicated selection flags are set. Other flags may be set too, but all of the indicated selection flags must be set for the customer to be considered to be a match.

Statuses

Enter the codes for the status of the subscribers that you want to include in your report. You may enter the status code, or right click once to select from a list of status codes and combination codes. Usually you will include only active subscribers (A) or active and graced subscribers (A* ). But you might want to include expired (E) subscribers if you are investigating the possibility of reactivating expired controlled subscriptions. Click here for a list of statuses.
