CASS certified since
Use this field to select or exclude customers whose addresses have been CASS certified since a particular date.
Specify a range of dates to select subscribers whose most recent qualification occurred within that range. Use these fields to investigate how your circulation would be affected if you were to drop subscribers whose qualification data predates the specified date range.
Example: Let's say you have been keeping subscribers whose qualification data is up to three years old. Now you want to see what your circulation would look like if you dropped subscribers once the data was two years old. Simply run the 'Qualified circulation' report and select only subscribers whose qualification date is within the last two years.
Note: qualification date
The qualification date is used to determine the age of qualified subscribers for paragraph 3(a). If you select the 'Qualification data required for paid subscriptions?' field, the qualification date is the date of the qualification data. If you leave the 'Qualification data required for paid subscriptions' field blank, the qualification date is the date of the qualification data or the date of the most recent paid order, depending on which date is more recent.
Status change date range
Enter a date range, and QuickFill will include any customers whose subscriptions' last status change was within that range.
Number of renewals
Enter a number range, and your report will include only subscriptions that have been renewed a number of times that fall within that range. Remember that a requalification of a nonpaid subscription results in the creation of another order record and is considered a renewal for the purpose of counting the number of renewals.
Last issue sent
Enter an issue number range, and your report will include only those subscriptions whose most recent issue falls within the specified range.
Expire issue number
Enter an issue number range, and your report will include only subscriptions that expire within that range.
