The 'Complimentary subs' report provides a listing of your complimentary subscriptions; it prints the names and addresses of customers holding complimentary subscription(s) and the publication(s) they receive. You can use this report to perform a periodic review of your comp list.
When running this report, you can select subscriptions by publication, tracking code, and/or channel.
QuickFill prints at the bottom of each name and address block the information you entered in any alpha demographic field. (For example, if you entered "friend of family" in the first alpha field, you'll see "Dem data 1: FRIEND OF FAMILY" at the bottom of the block.) This feature is helpful if you entered the reason for the complimentary subscription in an alpha demographic field. (Ignore this information if you entered something entirely unrelated to the complimentary sub in this field.)
