This report provides a list of all of the foreign countries that are defined in your database, together with their country codes, default shipping classes, and address format for postal codes. The address format refers to the position of the postal code for a particular country; that is, whether the postal code goes to the right or the left of the city name.
When entering foreign addresses you may find it easier to refer to a printed list of foreign countries instead right clicking in the country code field and scrolling through a long list of codes to find the one you want.

The 'Foreign Country List' report may be sorted by country code, country, or shipping class.
