Click here for a sample Issue Summary report
The 'Issue summary' report displays the number of copies served for each issue in your issue table. The copies are broken down into three categories —paid, complimentary, and free. This report is useful for preparing your statement of ownership for the U.S. Postal Service.
In addition to displaying the copies served for each issue, this report shows the income earned for each issue. The income is reported in two columns, 'Earned as Current' and "Earned as Back Issue'.
Note: Earned income reported in the 'Issue summary' report may not match that which is reported on the 'General ledger' report
The earned income shown in this report only takes into account income earned by running the 'Issue labels' update whereas the earned income reported in the 'General ledger' report takes into account income earned by running the 'Issue labels' update as well as that which is earned by processing transactions (such as adjustments). Therefore, it is not likely that the earned income in the 'Issue summary' report will match the earned income reported in the 'General ledger' report.
The number of copies served as well as the income earned for each issue may also be seen on the 'Issues' definition screen.
