This report provides a list of the offers defined in the database. It provides a handy reference to answer questions regarding the offers that have been used and the way that they were defined in the QuickFill database.
List tracking codes or renewal efforts that are linked to the offer
Check this box if you would like to see the tracking codes and renewal efforts that use each offer.
Note: We recommend that you run the 'Offers definition' report (listing the tracking codes and renewal efforts that use each offer) before making any changes to your offers' definitions. This report will be helpful in determining the full impact of changing or deleting an offer.
Include active publications only
Check this box and your report will only include offers for publications that are active. An active publication is one that has either of the "Should updates be allowed" or "Should orders be accepted" boxes checked on the publication's definition screen.
Term
If you would like your report to include only offers that have a specific term, enter that term in these fields. You can also use these fields to include offers that cover a range of terms. For example, let's say that you have offers for 4, 8, and 12 issues and only want to report on offers for 4 or 8 issues. You would enter "4 to 8" in the 'Term' field.
Offer price
If you would like your report to include only offers within a specific price range, enter that price range in these fields.
