The 'Refund preview' report shows you what refunds would be automatically issued if you were to run the 'Refunds' update. Run this report to check the validity of your refunds before running the actual refund update. (Click here for more information on the refund update. )
This filter works a little differently from the way the others do. When you choose 'Refund preview' from the 'Reports' menu, QuickFill presents you with a screen with a 'Company name' field and a box listing all the publications in your database.
Company name
QuickFill prints the name you enter in the 'Company name' field on this report just as it prints the 'Company name' field you entered in the other filters.
Publications to be processed
Choose the publications for which you want 'Refund preview' reports by clicking on publication(s) you want to include. An "x" will appear in the box in front of the publication name. Click on "Select All" to select all publications.
