This tab is used by the Renewal rate and Renewal revenue reports to select the block of orders whose renewal status you are interested in.
You can filter on the sources, channels, terms, service codes, premiums, prices or the dates of the orders.
Include 'all other' category
Sometimes it is useful to be able to compare the number of renewals received from one or two sources or channels against the number of renewals received from all of the others. To do this, check this field and then select one or more codes in the same category as your primary sort. For example, suppose your primary sort was by price. Select the 'Include all other' field, then fill in the 'Prior order prices' field with the prices you want to examine— the report will include one section for each of the prices you selected, plus an "All other prices" section.
Internet orders
Select 'Include' if you would like to include QFIE orders, 'Exclude' if you would like to exclude QFIE orders, or 'Only' if you would like to produce a report only with QFIE orders. This field is only active for QFIE customers.
