When you're at the customer list level or subscription and prospect records display lookup screen, you may want to see complete details on a customer's address. If you do, click on 'Customer Details.' You'll see a screen that shows you an image of the customer's mailing label, plus all the data you have entered for that customer.
When you've reached this "customer detail" level from the customer list, you can click on the next record toolbar button to view customer address details for each successive customer in your list. Similarly, click on the prior record toolbar button, and you'll see customer address details for each previous customer in your list. If you click on "Back" or press Esc, and QuickFill returns you to the customer list, where you can select another customer.

The 'Zip2', 'Cert date', and 'Carrier Rt' fields display the delivery point code, the address certification date, and the carrier route for each address. These fields are filled in by address certification software, such as ZP4 or AccuMail™. The certification date indicates the date on which the customer's address was last certified.
In order to preserve the validity of the address certification process, the 'Zip2', 'Cert date', and 'Carrier Rt' fields may not be altered from any of the QuickFill screens. These fields may only be set by using ZP4 with QuickFill so that addresses may be corrected and certified during data entry, or by exporting the customer records, running a CASS certification program outside of QuickFill, and then re-importing the records. Click here for more information on certifying customer addresses.
At the bottom of the screen are five date fields: the date the customer record was created and the dates of the most recent change to the postal address, email address (primary or secondary), telephone number (land line or cell) and fax number. The creation date field is set automatically when the customer record is created. The other date fields are automatically set whenever the corresponding part of the customer record is changed.
