.When you select an order from the order list and click on "Details," QuickFill displays the details for the selected order.
The detailed order display is divided into two tabs (Order and Accounting), but you can see only one tab at a time. You can move easily between tabs by using the Ctrl-RightArrow and Ctrl-LeftArrow key combinations or by clicking on the tabs with your mouse.
The detailed order display in the audit system, contains a third tab labeled "Audit."
Click on the next subscription toolbar button, and QuickFill displays the next order in the list, if any. Click on the prior subscription toolbar button, and QuickFill shows you the previous order.
To print the complete subscription history and order details for the order that has been selected, click the subscription summary toolbar button .
Click "Back," and QuickFill returns you to the subscription history and order list.
To see more information on the tabs that make up the detailed order display, click on each tab listed below.
- The 'Accounting' tab lists the all of the accounting data (such as, price, payment, refund, earned income, deferred income, etc.) for the order.
- The 'Order' tab contains all the remaining non-audit order information.
- The 'Audit' tab lists qualification data associated with the order. (This tab may only be accessed from the audit system.)
